The Great Hungarian Plain

For a holiday week we drove out to the eastern part of Hungary – to the great hungarian plain. After a a long trainride we arrived at Debrecen, the second biggest city in Hungary, which is located near Romania and from where we went to an adventurous day through the Puszta in Hortobágy. After two days we moved along to Szolnok where we visitied the large historic aviation openair museum. On the last day we arrived at Kecskemét, a beautiful old town with some interesting museums, before we went back home to Budapest. Cheers and see you soon…
